Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) to engage audiences and grow followers.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (graphics, videos, blogs) aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with A/B testing to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to produce cohesive marketing collateral.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies to refine approaches.
- Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance and present insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
