Responsibility
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Manage and enhance membership programs, including loyalty initiatives, retention strategies, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with vendors, influencers, and industry leaders to expand market reach.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, ROI) and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing spend.
- Create compelling content (blogs, ads, newsletters) aligned with brand voice and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Organize and promote events, webinars, or workshops to engage target audiences and strengthen community ties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, partnership development, or membership management.
- Proven track record in SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and content creation.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or CRM platforms.
