Responsibility
- Develop and execute creative communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across digital and traditional channels.
- Create compelling content (social media, press releases, newsletters, and campaigns) aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and cohesive brand identity.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, conversions) and provide actionable insights.
- Manage social media platforms, including content calendars, community engagement, and influencer partnerships.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and media outlets to amplify marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging communication tools to innovate campaign approaches.
- Support event planning and execution, including product launches, webinars, and corporate events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing communication, digital marketing, or public relations.
- Proven track record in content creation, social media management, and campaign development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp).
- Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Experience in the cooperative, retail, or consumer goods sector is a plus.
