Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to drive lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (CAC, CTR, ROAS, LTV) to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales) to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation across channels for maximum ROI.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate results and insights to stakeholders.
- Identify new growth opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or other PPC platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar tools.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar are highly desirable.
