Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to identify and pursue new market opportunities in Bali and beyond.
- Lead client acquisition and retention initiatives, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, and traditional) to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform data-driven decision-making and positioning strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, creative, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on KPIs and ROI for marketing activities, optimizing performance based on insights.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to expand professional networks.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in marketing, technology, and consumer behavior to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, marketing, or sales, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media platforms).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
