Responsibility
- Welcome and engage with lounge guests, providing exceptional customer service
- Promote brand values and offerings through authentic interactions
- Assist in organizing and executing exclusive lounge events
- Maintain lounge ambiance and presentation standards
- Collect and report customer feedback to management
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities
- Upsell premium services and memberships when appropriate
- Represent the brand at external events and partnerships
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- Previous experience in hospitality, sales, or brand representation preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
