Responsibility
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand identity and business goals for premium real estate projects.
- Create engaging written, visual, and video content for social media, websites, blogs, and marketing collateral.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) with consistent, high-quality posts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and events to boost brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitive insights for content optimization.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce visually stunning and on-brand content.
- Write and edit SEO-optimized copy for property listings, press releases, and promotional materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management, preferably in real estate or luxury brands.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of published work.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization for search engines.
- Creative thinker with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Bali’s real estate market is a plus.
