Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing) to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine targeting strategies.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO platforms.
- Create and curate engaging, SEO-optimized content (blogs, social posts, ads) that aligns with brand voice and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product) to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment.
- Manage paid advertising budgets efficiently, A/B testing creatives and audiences to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on emerging digital trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep strategies innovative and effective.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush), and CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a knack for storytelling and copywriting.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), email marketing tools (Mailchimp/Klaviyo), and basic graphic design (Canva/Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid setting.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, lead generation, or SaaS marketing is highly advantageous.
