Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end production of localized digital content, including websites, apps, and marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with Content Studio teams, designers, copywriters, and developers to execute high-quality, culturally adapted assets.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver on-time, on-budget results without compromising quality.
- Act as the primary liaison between global stakeholders and local teams to clarify requirements and resolve production challenges.
- Implement efficient workflows and tools to streamline content localization, reducing turnaround times.
- Monitor quality assurance (QA) processes to ensure all deliverables meet technical and creative standards.
- Track KPIs and metrics to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in digital content, localization, and project management best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digital content production, marketing, or localization.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of content localization, cultural adaptation, and global brand consistency.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge gaps between creative and technical teams.
- Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems and content workflows is a plus.
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a significant advantage.
