Responsibility
- Develop and execute Mandarin-language marketing strategies to attract and retain clients in Indonesia’s insurance sector.
- Act as a primary liaison between Chinese-speaking clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication.
- Support business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in the local and expatriate markets.
- Assist in creating multilingual marketing materials (brochures, presentations, digital content) tailored to target audiences.
- Coordinate and participate in client meetings, events, and trade shows to promote company services.
- Maintain CRM databases and track client interactions to optimize relationship management.
- Provide administrative support for insurance proposals, contracts, and policy documentation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) with professional proficiency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or client relations (insurance industry is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or commute to designated office locations.
