Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and drive sales for premium skincare products.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and market expansion initiatives.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and content platforms to engage target audiences.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with product development and sales goals.
- Manage brand positioning and messaging to maintain a consistent and compelling identity in the market.
- Monitor and report on KPIs and ROI of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal performance.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build strategic relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
- Proven track record of successful campaign management and driving measurable business growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
