Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to traditional markets and local businesses across Bali to promote and sell products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders to drive sales growth.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
- Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, including daily/weekly/monthly performance updates.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Represent the company professionally at all times, upholding brand values and standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in FMCG, retail, or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Possess a valid SIM A (driver’s license) and willingness to travel extensively across Bali.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM), and market analysis.
- Comfortable working in traditional markets and engaging with diverse customer segments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales/marketing are a plus.
