Responsibility
- Actively engage with customers in retail stores, events, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and drive product sales
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers with enthusiasm and expertise
- Set up and maintain attractive product displays that capture customer attention and enhance brand visibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and creating positive brand experiences
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to share with the marketing team for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with store staff and event organizers to maximize brand exposure and sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets through effective promotional techniques
- Represent the brand professionally at all times, adhering to company guidelines and dress code
- Maintain accurate records of promotional activities, customer interactions, and sales performance
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or promotional roles (1+ years preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
- Outgoing personality with a natural ability to engage and connect with diverse groups of people
- Strong product demonstration skills and ability to learn technical product details quickly
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in dynamic retail/event environments
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management
