Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive direct marketing and partnership growth strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in Bali and across Indonesia.
- Channel Optimization: Oversee multi-channel direct marketing campaigns (digital, email, SMS, social, and performance marketing) to maximize ROI and customer lifetime value.
- Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and manage high-impact partnerships with fintechs, aggregators, brokers, and other strategic allies to expand Chubb’s market reach.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics, A/B testing, and market research to refine targeting, messaging, and conversion funnels for optimal performance.
- Team Building & Mentorship: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of marketing specialists, partnership managers, and analysts.
- Budget & P&L Ownership: Manage the direct marketing budget, forecast performance, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all marketing and partnership activities adhere to local regulations, Chubb’s policies, and industry best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, underwriting, and regional teams to align marketing efforts with Chubb’s broader business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 10+ years in direct marketing, digital acquisition, or partnership growth, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (preferably in insurance, fintech, or financial services).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement scalable growth strategies in competitive markets.
- Partnership Expertise: Strong track record in building and managing B2B2C or affiliate partnerships, with a focus on revenue-sharing or co-marketing models.
- Digital & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in performance marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation), SQL, and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI).
- Leadership & Communication: Exceptional ability to inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and articulate complex strategies to diverse audiences.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Indonesian insurance or financial services landscape, with existing networks a plus.
- Results-Oriented: Metric-driven approach with a history of exceeding KPIs in customer acquisition, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
