Responsibility
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to promote Fredley’s products and services across Bali’s key markets.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content (social media, blogs, email campaigns) tailored to the F&B industry.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights in the local and regional F&B landscape.
- Coordinate and execute promotional events, tastings, and partnerships with restaurants, cafes, and retailers.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, conversion, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure all marketing materials and activities align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all channels.
- Build and nurture relationships with local influencers, media, and industry stakeholders to amplify brand visibility.
- Assist in budget management for marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the food and beverage or retail industry.
- Proven track record in digital marketing (social media, SEO, email, content creation).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with brand management and the ability to adapt to evolving market trends.
