Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to support business goals and enhance brand visibility in the healthcare sector.
- Lead corporate and marketing communications, including press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership content.
- Manage stakeholder relations, including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
- Oversee internal communications to foster employee engagement and alignment with company values.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for proactive communication strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital and traditional channels.
- Serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization, representing the company at industry events and media interviews.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns using KPIs and data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in corporate or strategic communications, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in the healthcare industry or a highly regulated sector.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
- Strong media relations experience, including crisis communications and reputation management.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms (e.g., CMS, social media, email marketing).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance evaluation.
