Responsibility
- Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including venue booking, vendor negotiations, and timeline management.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with local businesses, sponsors, and community organizations to enhance event outreach.
- Create and distribute promotional materials (e.g., emails, social media content, press releases) to drive event attendance.
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to align event objectives with business goals.
- Oversee on-site event execution, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
- Collect post-event feedback and prepare reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a database of contacts, vendors, and event history for future reference and planning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event management, administration, or marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent).
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Familiarity with Baliās event industry, local vendors, or tourism sector is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
