Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, in-store) to boost brand visibility and customer engagement for F&B kiosks.
- Manage and grow social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) with compelling content, community interaction, and performance analytics.
- Plan and coordinate promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs to drive foot traffic and repeat business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design eye-catching in-store and digital collateral (posters, banners, menus, ads).
- Monitor KPIs and ROI of marketing activities, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Organize and oversee events, tastings, and pop-ups to create memorable customer experiences.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences in Bali’s F&B landscape.
- Assist in budget management for marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, retail, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record in social media management and content creation (portfolio or case studies a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian/Bahasa is a bonus.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) or willingness to learn.
- Passion for food, customer service, and brand storytelling with a results-oriented approach.
