Responsibility
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn) with a focus on ROI, conversion tracking, and performance analysis.
- Create and curate engaging content (blogs, videos, infographics) aligned with brand voice and audience preferences.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and metrics (CTR, CAC, engagement rates) using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and customer needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor insights, and opportunities for growth in the APAC region.
- Oversee social media management, community engagement, and influencer partnerships to amplify brand reach.
- Implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to continuously improve campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in SEO, SEM, or social media marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; multilingual (e.g., Indonesian, Tagalog) is a plus.
- Experience with content creation, CRM systems, or basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite) is advantageous.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to fast-changing digital landscapes.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a remote/hybrid team setting.
