Responsibility
- End-to-end event planning and execution, from concept development to post-event evaluation.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on event objectives, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, AV setup, and on-site management.
- Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and negotiating with suppliers for cost-effective solutions.
- Create detailed event proposals, run-of-show documents, and post-event reports for clients.
- Oversee on-site operations, troubleshooting issues in real-time to ensure flawless execution.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events through digital and traditional channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative event technologies to enhance client offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or project management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong client and vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office, event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent), and budgeting tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with Bali’s event venues, vendors, and local regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
