Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and execute below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities, including events, promotions, and activations across Bali.
- Manage and grow engagement on company Facebook cluster pages, ensuring consistent brand voice and community interaction.
- Conduct field selling activities, including client visits, product demonstrations, and sales closures to meet regional targets.
- Assist in the development of marketing collateral, such as flyers, social media posts, and email campaigns, tailored to local audiences.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, creative, and operations, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and local market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
- Support administrative tasks related to marketing, such as budget tracking, vendor coordination, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a B2C or retail environment.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms, particularly Facebook, with a track record of growing engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining alignment with team goals and company policies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Passion for marketing, creativity, and a willingness to adapt to the unique demands of Baliâs diverse market.
