Responsibility
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to attract and retain clients in the recovery and financial services sector.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, including digital campaigns, social media, and email marketing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach, networking, and follow-ups.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, pitches, and presentations tailored to potential partners and clients.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics to optimize marketing and business development efforts.
- Represent Flex Recovery at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in Bali and beyond.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure compliance and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in financial services or recovery solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media platforms).
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and lead generation is highly desirable.
