Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals and audience insights.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (text, images, videos, reels) optimized for each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, conversions) to refine strategies and report on ROI.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a loyal community around the brand.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, sales) to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
- Manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, A/B testing, and ad optimization.
- Identify and leverage influencer partnerships and user-generated content to amplify brand reach.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Strategist, Executive, or similar role in a digital agency or in-house team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative content creation and successful social media campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a flair for storytelling.
- Deep understanding of SEO, hashtag strategies, and platform-specific algorithms.
- Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or similar tools to track KPIs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote/hybrid environment with minimal supervision.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is a plus.
