Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for our OEM/ODM cosmetic services
- Create compelling brand narratives and product positioning for client partnerships
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, and paid advertising channels
- Coordinate with R&D and production teams to align marketing with product capabilities
- Conduct market research to identify trends in cosmetic ingredients and packaging preferences
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers and potential clients
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events across Indonesia
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B marketing, preferably in cosmetics or FMCG
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to develop marketing strategies that drive lead generation
- Knowledge of cosmetic industry regulations and certification processes
- Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites and industry events
