Responsibility
- Develop and curate engaging content for social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- Assist in creating and editing videos, presentations, and multimedia assets.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including email, digital, and in-store promotions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Assist in organizing events, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
- Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and brand aesthetics.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SEO, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and CRM platforms is a plus.
- Passion for retail, convenience, or FMCG industries is advantageous.
