Responsibility

  • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, and events) to boost student enrollment and institutional visibility.
  • Create and oversee content production, including website copy, brochures, videos, and social media assets, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Manage public relations and media outreach, cultivating relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor benchmarks to refine marketing strategies and measure ROI.
  • Collaborate with admissions, academic, and student services teams to align messaging and enhance the student experience.
  • Organize and promote university events, open days, and webinars to engage prospective students and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates, engagement metrics) to optimize performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in higher education, EdTech, or international organizations.
  • Proven track record in brand management, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
