Responsibility
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
- Support the commercial operations team in forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute campaigns, including digital, social media, and event-based initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
- Assist in product launches and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems) is a plus.
- Passion for marketing, sales, and commercial operations with a keen interest in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
