Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the marketing team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.
- Organize and maintain marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of critical data for campaigns and analytics.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office tools, with a focus on Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing projects and events.
- Monitor and track marketing budgets, expenses, and invoices to support financial planning and reporting.
- Support digital marketing initiatives by managing content calendars, tracking campaign performance, and assisting with social media coordination.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including data privacy and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing administration, office support, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and consistency in data management and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems) is a plus.
