Responsibility
- Monitor and track client and supplier payments to ensure timely collections and disbursements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, finance, operations) to streamline payment processes and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, invoices, and receipts in digital systems.
- Assist in preparing reports on payment statuses, outstanding balances, and financial trends for management review.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers to address payment inquiries, provide updates, and foster positive relationships.
- Support marketing campaigns by managing administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and data entry.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to financial and administrative processes.

Qualifications
