Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new clients through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing approaches.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding client portfolios.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
