Responsibility
- Lead and oversee market research projects to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry.
- Develop and implement data collection methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, and competitive analysis.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market positioning to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align market intelligence with business objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements affecting the market.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts to ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely intelligence delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in market research, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Proven expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, Tableau, Power BI, Excel) and statistical methods.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis frameworks.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present data insights clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a bonus.
- Experience in the SEA (Southeast Asia) market is highly desirable.
