Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic market development plans to expand the company's footprint in the oleochemical industry.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, customer segments, and industry trends to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to align market needs with product development and innovation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies and positioning.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and report on market performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in market development, sales, or business development within the chemical or oleochemical industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of oleochemical products, applications, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
