Responsibility
- Develop and execute market expansion strategies to penetrate new segments and geographies in Bali and beyond.
- Identify and evaluate potential business partners, distributors, and clients to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, translating insights into actionable plans.
- Lead product development initiatives, ensuring alignment with market demands and company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, retailers, and industry influencers.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of market development plans.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven track record (5+ years) in market development, business growth, or strategic sales roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in the Indonesian market, particularly in Bali, is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
