Responsibility
- Develop and customize marine travel itineraries tailored to client preferences and budgets.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on marine destinations, activities, and accommodations.
- Coordinate with travel suppliers, including hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators, to secure the best rates and services.
- Assist clients with travel bookings, reservations, and itinerary adjustments.
- Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on travel trends, marine conservation efforts, and destination updates.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and travel bookings.
Qualifications
