Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of multiple F&B outlets, ensuring seamless service, quality control, and adherence to brand standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization, while reporting to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and local laws.
- Collaborate with marketing and culinary teams to design promotional campaigns, seasonal menus, and special events aligned with Korean cultural themes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local partners to secure high-quality ingredients and services.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations management, with at least 2 years in a Korean or international brand.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large, multicultural teams in a high-volume environment.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, inventory control, and financial forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Korean language skills are a plus).
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications (e.g., HACCP, food safety) are advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems, ERP software, and data-driven decision-making tools.
- Passion for Korean cuisine, culture, and service excellence, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
