Responsibility
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to the highest standards.
- Replace and replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
- Follow established safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and healthy environment.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and uniforms.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient housekeeping operations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and guest privacy.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.
