Responsibility
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Ensure all rooms are prepared to the highest standards before guest arrival.
- Replace and replenish amenities, linens, and supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow established safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Assist guests with requests or inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and seamless housekeeping operations.
- Adhere to the hotel’s policies and procedures regarding guest privacy and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
