Responsibility
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair marine pumping systems and associated equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on marine mechanical and hydraulic systems.
- Assist in vessel commissioning, including system testing, calibration, and validation.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to shipyards, vessels, and marine operations.
- Prepare detailed service reports, maintenance logs, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot complex system failures and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations, industry standards, and company protocols.
- Assist in the installation, modification, and upgrading of marine systems as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marine systems maintenance, repair, or engineering support.
- Hands-on experience with pumping systems, hydraulic equipment, and marine machinery.
- Familiarity with vessel commissioning processes, shipyard operations, and maritime safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in technical documentation, service reporting, and maintenance record-keeping.
- Willingness to travel to various locations in Bali and potentially other regions as needed.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
