Responsibility
- Provide administrative and operational support to the marine sales team, including order processing, documentation, and client correspondence.
- Liaise with customers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of marine equipment and service requests.
- Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and inventory records to track marine product availability and customer interactions.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, quotations, and proposals tailored to marine industry clients.
- Assist in coordinating logistics for marine equipment deliveries, including shipping documentation and customs clearance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to marine products, pricing, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for marine solutions.
- Support the sales team in preparing for industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marine Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in the marine or industrial sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software; experience with marine industry tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with marine terminology, equipment, or industry standards is highly desirable.
