Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for marine products.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including shipbuilders, maritime operators, and distributors, through cold calls, emails, and industry events.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Oceanmasterâs marine solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to gather client feedback and tailor solutions to market needs.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing agreements to secure high-value deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, after-sales support, and upselling opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position Oceanmaster as a market leader.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and maritime exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the marine, industrial, or engineering sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of marine products, such as propulsion systems, navigation equipment, or safety gear.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to travel frequently within Indonesia and occasionally internationally.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
