Responsibility
- Manage and grow key accounts in the marine sector, ensuring long-term client relationships.
- Conduct technical consultations and provide expert advice on marine equipment and solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Trakindo's marine solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the marine or industrial sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of marine equipment and systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
