Whether you’re in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, or Kuta, this role offers flexibility and growth in one of Southeast Asia’s most picturesque business environments.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with marine industry clients, including boat manufacturers, repair yards, and distributors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share in Bali and beyond.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic negotiations.
- Provide expert product knowledge and technical advice on marine parts to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any supply chain issues.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and competitive analysis to management.
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s products.
- Stay updated on marine industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the marine, automotive, or industrial parts sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Familiarity with marine parts, equipment, or related technical knowledge is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Bali and other regions as required.
- Own vehicle is beneficial but not mandatory (transport allowance provided).
