Responsibility
- Source, negotiate, and purchase marine and offshore equipment, materials, and services to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to optimize stock and reduce lead times.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and tender documents in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, evaluate pricing, and assess quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to align procurement strategies with project budgets and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and maritime standards in all procurement activities.
- Track and report on procurement KPIs, including cost savings, supplier performance, and delivery metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the marine, offshore, or oil & gas industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills with a proven track record in cost reduction.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of maritime regulations, ISO standards, and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) compliance.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or commute to the Badung office as required.
