Responsibility
- Set up and operate manufacturing equipment according to established processes and procedures
- Assemble and manufacture products with precision and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production machinery to minimize downtime
- Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and quality assurance, to resolve production issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with 5S principles
- Document production data and report any deviations or anomalies to the production supervisor
- Adhere to all safety protocols and promote a culture of safety in the workplace
Qualifications
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in electronics or related industries
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and tools, including calibration and maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
