Responsibility
- Set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Assemble and test products according to established facility processes and quality standards.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including equipment settings, production quantities, and quality control data.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and product quality.
- Provide training and support to junior technicians as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in a technical field such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
