Responsibility
- Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electrical and electro-mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vacuum and pneumatic assemblies to minimize downtime.
- Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and manuals to guide assembly and repair processes.
- Conduct quality control checks to verify that all components meet industry and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repair logs, test results, and inventory usage.
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to ensure a secure working environment.
- Stay updated on the latest manufacturing technologies and industry trends to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- A diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in manufacturing, assembly, or repair of electrical/electro-mechanical systems.
- Strong knowledge of pneumatic and vacuum systems and their applications.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards in manufacturing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
