Responsibility
- Perform daily inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies to ensure 100% accuracy in stock levels.
- Assist in inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, sorting, and dispatching goods.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and maintain digital records of all transactions.
- Conduct quality inspections on incoming and outgoing shipments to meet aerospace industry standards.
- Coordinate with transport teams to schedule deliveries and optimize route efficiency.
- Prepare and package materials for shipment, ensuring compliance with safety and handling protocols.
- Assist in cycle counting and annual physical inventory audits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management (aerospace industry is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in documentation or stock levels.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (Excel, WMS, or ERP systems).
- Physical ability to lift up to 20-25 kg and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with barcode scanners, forklifts, or pallet jacks is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to adhere to strict safety and compliance protocols in a high-precision industry.
