Responsibility
- Perform precise mechanical and electrical assembly of electro-mechanical components and systems.
- Conduct thorough installation and testing of equipment to ensure functionality and compliance with specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during assembly or testing phases.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, test results, and quality control checks.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA) in all operational tasks.
- Calibrate and adjust equipment to meet performance metrics and client requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or electro-mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
- Hands-on experience with tools and equipment for mechanical/electrical assembly (e.g., soldering, wiring, torque tools).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-precision environments.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with quality control processes (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali with flexibility for occasional overtime or shift work.
