Responsibility
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency.
- Perform quality checks and inspections to maintain product standards and compliance.
- Assemble, test, and troubleshoot components or products according to specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Document production data, defects, and process deviations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in routine maintenance and calibration of machinery.
- Adapt to different shift schedules (day, evening, or night) as assigned.
Qualifications
- No prior experience requiredâfull training provided!
- Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical concepts is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret simple technical drawings or instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20kg).
- Good communication skills in English (basic proficiency).
- Willingness to work in shifts (including night shifts with allowances).
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is advantageous.
