We offer a competitive salary package of up to $3,600 based on your relevant experience, with additional shift allowances provided for those working night rotations. Responsibility
- Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal production output.
- Perform routine troubleshooting and basic preventative maintenance on machinery.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet strict company and safety standards.
- Accurately document production data, logs, and maintenance records in accordance with SOPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment, strictly adhering to workplace safety (WSH) guidelines.
- Assist in the setup and changeover of production lines for different product batches.
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately to the production supervisor.
Qualifications
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics) or related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or technical production environment.
- Proven ability to interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours and perform repetitive tasks as required.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including night shifts, to meet production demands.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and system monitoring.
